Located in the Guanacaste province in Northwest Costa Rica, Nosara is a tropical paradise nestled in the jungle and filled with  small-town charm and hospitality. Tucked away in the jungle, Jade Azul is less than a ten-minute drive from Nosara’s two beautiful, quiet beaches, Playa Pelada and Playa Guiones. It is also a short drive to either downtown Nosara or Guiones, which offer restaurants, shops, a medical clinic, drugstore, library, post office, and churches.

For all its seclusion, Nosara and its environs are highly accessible. An airstrip in Nosara offers several flights to/from San Jose on a daily basis (Sansa & Travelair) and the recently expanded Liberia International Airport is a 2-hour drive. The Liberia airport services several major US-based airlines (Delta, Continental, US Airways, and America West), providing Jade Azul residents with a number of direct flights from various US hubs.
